This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited or restricted activities, content, products, and services in the use of Mundpay's checkout, APIs, dashboard, and other solutions ("Mundpay Platform").
By using the Mundpay Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP, the Operating Agreement, the Unified MoR Terms (Checkout), and other Complementary Internal Policies.
GENERAL GUIDELINES AND ENFORCEMENT
Mundpay may monitor, audit, and investigate activities and content (including through automated analysis) for compliance verification.
Mundpay may, at any time, remove materials, suspend/close access/account, and/or retain funds when a violation or elevated risk is identified, including for conduct outside the Platform related to the use of our services.
The interpretation and decision on violations are of the exclusive competence of Mundpay.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND LISTING (PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL)
The Seller may register physical and digital products, subject to this AUP and the Complementary Policies.
Approval may occur automatically and post-monitored. Mundpay may request documents, adjustments, or remove listings at any time.
The Seller is entirely responsible for the content, quality, compliance, certifications, and support of their products/services.
RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES AND PROHIBITED PRODUCTS
It is expressly prohibited, within the Mundpay platform, to offer, disclose, intermediate, process payments for, or commercialize products, services, or content that violate applicable legislation, regulatory standards, payment arrangement rules, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing policies, as well as the Company's internal compliance, risk, and integrity guidelines.
The prohibition also applies to activities that may expose consumers, third parties, financial institutions, or Mundpay itself to legal, reputational, regulatory, operational, or financial risks. The list below is illustrative and non-exhaustive.
Illegal products, services, and fraudulent activities
These include, but are not limited to:
Commercialization of any product or service that is illegal or in violation of applicable law;
Document forgery services, including identity documents, diplomas, or records;
Provision of false identities, simulated registrations, or false references;
Activities involving human trafficking, human exploitation, contract killing, or related conduct;
Commercialization of human body parts, biological materials, fluids, eggs, embryos, or surrogacy services in violation of the law;
Content or services that encourage, promote, or celebrate unlawful violence, discrimination, or harm to persons or property.
Espionage, hacking, and privacy violations
The commercialization or promotion of the following is prohibited:
Espionage applications, clandestine monitoring, or unauthorized tracking;
Hacking tools or unauthorized access to third-party systems, devices, accounts, or social media profiles;
Software designed to capture data, credentials, or communications without consent.
Drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
This covers:
Illicit substances, narcotics, or recreational drugs;
Products intended for the production, preparation, or consumption of drugs;
Hydroponic equipment or cultivation setups aimed at producing prohibited substances;
Cannabis derivatives, including CBD, in non-compliance with legal limits;
Courses, content, or materials that teach the cultivation, production, or commercialization of drugs.
Weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials
These include:
Firearms, ammunition, gunpowder, explosives, and fireworks;
Components, accessories, conversion kits, or weapon parts;
3D-printed weapons;
Tactical knives, machetes, quick-opening blades, and disguised weapons;
Flammable, radioactive, toxic, or hazardous chemical materials;
Pepper sprays, tasers, and electroshock devices.
Adult content and services
The commercialization or intermediation of the following is prohibited:
Pornography, explicit nudity, or sexual content;
Prostitution services, escorts, or fetish services;
Dating platforms, matchmaking services, or similar;
Adult entertainment clubs, strip-tease venues, or related services.
Gambling and betting
These include:
Casinos, sports betting, lotteries, and raffles;
Betting courses, paid signals, or prognosis services;
Tournaments with cash prizes;
Auctions with per-bid fees;
Any form of game involving random financial gains.
Financial services, credit, and investments
The use of Mundpay for the following is prohibited:
Loans, financing, or direct credit;
"Buy now, pay later" (BNPL);
Debt negotiation, settlement, or consolidation;
Credit score repair or credit counseling;
Insurance, health benefits, or insurance-related products;
Money transmission, remittances, or foreign exchange;
Neobanks, digital accounts, custody, or funding;
Sale of shares, securities, or collective investments;
Investment schemes with promised returns.
Crypto assets, tokens, and stored value
This covers:
Cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, or custody services;
ICOs, staking, and mining;
Primary or secondary NFTs;
Sale of in-game virtual currencies;
Gift cards, prepaid cards, or stored digital credits;
SIM cards, phone cards, and digital credits.
Intellectual property and counterfeiting
The commercialization of the following is prohibited:
Counterfeit products or replicas;
Licensed products sold without authorization;
Digital piracy (software, films, music);
Platform or social media accounts;
Follower services, artificial engagement, or fraudulent paid traffic;
Websites or services that facilitate copyright infringement.
Abusive marketing and deceptive practices
These include:
Pyramid schemes or irregular multi-level marketing;
Get-rich-quick promises;
Investment robots or financial automation schemes;
False testimonials or unsubstantiated claims;
Aggressive or predatory sales practices;
Offers with unrealistic gains.
Any false or misleading claim is expressly prohibited, especially promises of guaranteed financial return.
Irregular intermediation and payment aggregation
The following is prohibited:
Receiving funds for products of unregistered third parties;
Acting as a sub-acquirer, facilitator, or aggregator without authorization;
Operating crowdfunding, donations, or fundraising campaigns;
Settling sales without delivery of a product or service.
Public and government services
Restrictions include:
Offering government benefits;
Services on behalf of consulates or embassies;
Intermediation of public services without authorization.
Irregular telecommunications and technology
This covers:
IPTV, TV Box, or illegal streaming services;
Signal jammers;
Clandestine decoders;
Non-certified telecommunications equipment.
Recalled, unsafe, or regulated products
The commercialization of the following is prohibited:
Products under active recall;
Items deemed unsafe by regulatory authorities;
Non-certified medical equipment;
Machinery without safety devices;
Products requiring government certification.
Other restricted categories
Also included, among others:
Tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and related products;
Alcoholic beverages and age-restricted products;
Animals, flora, and derivatives;
Irregular vehicles;
Event tickets;
Food and beverages without a license;
Controlled pesticides;
Email lists and personal databases (in compliance with applicable data protection laws).
High-risk physical products
Due to internal risk, logistics, fraud, and chargeback guidelines, Mundpay may restrict or prohibit the commercialization of certain consumer goods, even if lawful, such as:
Electronics (cell phones, notebooks, smartwatches, consoles);
Gift cards and digital credits;
Perfumes and cosmetics;
Home appliances;
Digital accounts or virtual assets;
Products widely targeted by logistical fraud or chargebacks.
RESTRICTED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES (SUBJECT TO PRE-APPROVAL)
The following require risk analysis and express authorization from Mundpay (and may require enhanced KYC/KYB, risk reserves, limits, anti-fraud flows, certifications, and documentary proof):
Supplements/nutraceuticals and health claims (weight loss, libido, performance).
Crypto/digital assets (custody, on/off-ramp, NFTs) and regulated financial services.
Tickets/events, donations/crowdfunding within permitted limits; subscription clubs.
Regulated products with certifications (ANVISA, ANATEL, INMETRO, FDA, CE, etc.).
Non-explicit adult content (with moderation, age gating, and a clear policy).
Approval may be denied or revoked at any time. Non-compliance converts the activity into a prohibited one.
MINIMUM COMMERCIAL TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENTS
Pricing and recurrence: display frequency, amount, and renewal date.
Express consent: before the first charge and each automatic renewal.
Simple cancellation and visible refund policy (e.g., order.mundpay.com).
No dark patterns, false urgency, or material omissions.
Health/performance claims: must be truthful, verifiable, and must not promise "guaranteed results".
PROHIBITED USES OF MUNDPAY PRODUCTS/INFRASTRUCTURE
False/incomplete registration data; failure to report relevant changes.
Processing on behalf of another unidentified merchant; aggregating third-party payments.
Using Mundpay as a virtual terminal/card tester (recurring manual capture without a real good/service).
Use of Mundpay's brand/logos without written authorization or in a way that implies endorsement/affiliation.
ENFORCEMENT MEASURES AND CONSEQUENCES
Upon identification of a violation or material risk, Mundpay may, without prejudice to other contractual/legal measures:
Remove content/items; block listings/integrations;
Suspend/close accounts and access;
Retain funds, apply risk reserves, limit withdrawals, and enable refunds;
Require documents and corrections (landing page, claims, disclosures);
Notify affected brands/suppliers, payment partners, and, where applicable, authorities.
Financial measures (retentions/blocks/reserves) follow the Seller Agreement and the Payments & Fees page. Mundpay may deny or terminate a relationship due to incompatible risk.

AMENDMENTS AND PRECEDENCE
We may update this AUP at any time by publishing the current version on our website. Continued use after the update implies agreement.
In the event of a conflict between this AUP and other documents, this AUP shall prevail to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict, without waiving the provisions of the Operational Agreement and the General Terms of Use regarding responsibilities, disputes, and financial measures.

The commercialization of the following is prohibited:
Products under active recall;
Items deemed unsafe by regulatory authorities;
Non-certified medical equipment;
Machinery without safety devices;
Products requiring government certification.
Other restricted categories
Also included, among others:
Tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and related products;
Alcoholic beverages and age-restricted products;
Animals, flora, and derivatives;
Irregular vehicles;
Event tickets;
Food and beverages without a license;
Controlled pesticides;
Email lists and personal databases (in compliance with applicable data protection laws).
High-risk physical products
Due to internal risk, logistics, fraud, and chargeback guidelines, Mundpay may restrict or prohibit the commercialization of certain consumer goods, even if lawful, such as:
Electronics (cell phones, notebooks, smartwatches, consoles);
Gift cards and digital credits;
Perfumes and cosmetics;
Home appliances;
Digital accounts or virtual assets;
Products widely targeted by logistical fraud or chargebacks.
RESTRICTED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES (SUBJECT TO PRE-APPROVAL)
The following require risk analysis and express authorization from Mundpay (and may require enhanced KYC/KYB, risk reserves, limits, anti-fraud flows, certifications, and documentary proof):
Supplements/nutraceuticals and health claims (weight loss, libido, performance).
Crypto/digital assets (custody, on/off-ramp, NFTs) and regulated financial services.
Tickets/events, donations/crowdfunding within permitted limits; subscription clubs.
Regulated products with certifications (ANVISA, ANATEL, INMETRO, FDA, CE, etc.).
Non-explicit adult content (with moderation, age gating, and a clear policy).
Approval may be denied or revoked at any time. Non-compliance converts the activity into a prohibited one.
MINIMUM COMMERCIAL TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENTS
Pricing and recurrence: display frequency, amount, and renewal date.
Express consent: before the first charge and each automatic renewal.
Simple cancellation and visible refund policy (e.g., order.mundpay.com).
No dark patterns, false urgency, or material omissions.
Health/performance claims: must be truthful, verifiable, and must not promise "guaranteed results".
PROHIBITED USES OF MUNDPAY PRODUCTS/INFRASTRUCTURE
False/incomplete registration data; failure to report relevant changes.
Processing on behalf of another unidentified merchant; aggregating third-party payments.
Using Mundpay as a virtual terminal/card tester (recurring manual capture without a real good/service).
Use of Mundpay's brand/logos without written authorization or in a way that implies endorsement/affiliation.
ENFORCEMENT MEASURES AND CONSEQUENCES
Upon identification of a violation or material risk, Mundpay may, without prejudice to other contractual/legal measures:
Remove content/items; block listings/integrations;
Suspend/close accounts and access;
Retain funds, apply risk reserves, limit withdrawals, and enable refunds;
Require documents and corrections (landing page, claims, disclosures);
Notify affected brands/suppliers, payment partners, and, where applicable, authorities.
Financial measures (retentions/blocks/reserves) follow the Seller Agreement and the Payments & Fees page. Mundpay may deny or terminate a relationship due to incompatible risk.

Suspected misuse? Send to denuncias@mundpay.com (subject: "AUP Report") with the URL/order ID, screenshots, and an objective description. We maintain confidentiality pursuant to our Privacy Policy.
AMENDMENTS AND PRECEDENCE
We may update this AUP at any time by publishing the current version on our website. Continued use after the update implies agreement.
In the event of a conflict between this AUP and other documents, this AUP shall prevail to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict, without waiving the provisions of the Operational Agreement and the General Terms of Use regarding responsibilities, disputes, and financial measures.
